Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds but we do offer exchanges for services no matter if services are performed or not. From the time of payment your project is assigned and a layout is formed according to your brand or industry while we await more info from you for the continuation of the project and because this time put into any project cannot be refunded, the value of the time spent on any project is to be compensated by the client.
